Going to Bali!!

It's been raining in Sydney, storming and cold!!
All I can think about is how the fablic is going..... of course in Bali.... .
So I decided to go and check them out!
I might be able to see upcoming new style too!!

I will be leaving for Bali from 9th June and will be back on 1st July!

Batik

BATIK!

Batik is originally found in West African countries and Asian countries but apprently Indonesia is considered as national art form.



You will see Batik everywhere in Indonesia especially some of the finest cloth are made in Java as its ancient tradision, and bluewaters Batik is from BALI!!

Batick is wax-resisted dyeing method, and you might see wax on your item as its hand made process.

Tie dye

OMG, don't you love the colors...........?!
I remember when I was in Jr school, I did tie dye in T&D.
I have chosen to dye the fabric to Navy blue and I was almost shocked how the color turned out
so deep.
The contrast of Navy and White was so vivid, I still recall it so clearly..

Tie dye method is originaly from lot of Asian and African cultures, was really popular around 60s - 70s with Hippie style.

Now, bluewater has offering Island style fashion with touch of those Good Old Times taste to you!
